As Senior Design Manager, Simon plays a leading role in shaping and delivering projects across a diverse range of sectors, including healthcare, leisure, hospitality, residential, and heritage. He oversees projects from concept through to completion, bringing together clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure every stage is carefully coordinated and successfully delivered.

With a deep understanding of design, construction, and technical delivery, Simon combines strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach. He is passionate about creating considered, buildable solutions that balance design ambition with functionality, quality, and value, while confidently navigating the complexities of each project.

Simon is recognised for his collaborative leadership, clear communication, and ability to build trusted relationships with clients and project teams alike. Lilly is an Architectural Assistant with a passion for thoughtful, well-crafted design and a keen interest in the technical aspects of architecture. As a valued member of the Design Space Architecture team, she contributes across all stages of projects, supporting the development of designs from initial concepts through to detailed technical information.

With a naturally inquisitive approach and a strong eye for detail, Lilly enjoys transforming ideas into clear, coordinated design solutions. She has developed strong skills in CAD, technical detailing, and project coordination, and embraces every opportunity to broaden her knowledge and contribute to the collaborative studio environment.
