DSA were appointed to complete the concept design, planning works, detailed drawings and on-site attendance as well as the extensive liaison with all of the statutory bodies for the re-development of the former Jack Machin Motorcycle Garage on Carholme Road. The scheme will provide 20 self-contained 1-bedroom apartments with provision for on-site management and support together with associated parking spaces for staff and visitors. The site will be owned and managed by a registered HA Provider.
