DSA were appointed to complete the concept design, planning works, detailed drawings and on-site attendance for the re-development of the Golden Cross Public House site. The scheme – currently on site – will provide 15 self-contained 1-bedroom apartments with provision for on-site management and support together with associated parking spaces for staff and visitors. The site will be owned and managed by Framework – a registered HA Provider.
