DSA were appointed to carry out initial concept designs which was followed by a Full Planning Application for a new Storage & Distribution Centre at Somerby Park in Gainsborough. DSA were then appointed to carry out the Detailed drawings and subsequently manage the tender process on behalf of Meditrade UK Ltd. DSA gained permission for the largest building in Gainsborough which included space for 30,000 pallets, office and welfare facilities and a number of sustainable features including solar PV arrays on the roof, rainwater harvesting and attenuation tanks and ponds.
