DSA were appointed to complete the concept design, planning works, detailed drawings and on-site attendance for a £3m development to provide affordable housing in the centre of Gainsborough. The scheme consisted of 24no two bedroom retirement flats with shared communal areas and associated facilities and parking with some being available for purchase under the Shared Ownership scheme. The development brought much-needed affordable housing to the area and enhanced the community by demolishing a derelict building.
