Located within Gainsborough’s conservation area and immediately adjacent to a Grade I listed building, the project involved the Refurbishment & Part Demolition of a former public house to form a new innovation centre for West Lindsey District Council.
The project included the partial demolition together with the infill of the existing basement in order to provide DDA compliant offices and meeting rooms aimed at start-up business in the area. Individual & shared Offices together with a fully fitted kitchen.
DSA completed concept proposals, planning works and construction drawings together with on-site attendance for the scheme as well as ensuring the building achieved a very good BREEAM rating.
