The project involved the Full Bespoke Luxury Design and subsequent build of 5no new residential dwellings set within substantial plots, each with its own private woodland. The properties generally comprised of 5/6 bedrooms, multiple en-suites, games rooms, studies, sun rooms as well as the usual utility, kitchen, dining and living spaces.
DSA worked with the clients from concept to completion enabling them to provide input at the early stages to ensure the individual properties would meet their needs. From a commercial perspective, it was just as important to ensure that it was not too personal should circumstances dictate that the property needed to be sold
Situated within a discreet gated community, Woodland Chase is accessed off Summer Hill, Gainsborough by electrically controlled bespoke iron gates and a private driveway.
All properties resulted in outstanding family homes of considered elegance. The properties carefully combined traditional style and modern efficiency providing extensive well-proportioned accommodation.
The completed dwellings create a modern environment within a traditional envelope which provided the owners with a result that was beyond all expectations.
