Simon joined the Team in 2009, following employment in a mixture of private practice's and main contractor's Design Team, where he was involved in an eclectic mix of projects from £200k - £3.5m. Projects included Specialist Care, Assisted Care, Leisure and Hospitality, Bespoke Residential and Listed Building works all of which have provided him with a wealth of valuable experience and skills from several construction genres and building use types.
Simon is a key team member of the team, managing projects from inception to completion of construction. Main strengths being his extensive technical capabilities, site understanding and maintained positive outlook. His career spans over 30 years working and managing many large projects in a multitude of construction fields.
